As in this aft-cabin installation, Froli Star may also be suitable for slightly curved bed shapes.
The installed height of 1 3/4" (43mm) provides maximum suspension of 1 3/8" (33mm).

FROLI Star
FROLI Star elements are extremely flexible and support the body according to one's personal preference.
The large number of elements provide for a selective pressure equalizing function, designed to avoid stress.
Overall support is personalized by choosing the preferred spacing distances: narrow, medium, or wide.
A wide spacing provides for a softer feel while the narrow setting increases the firmness.
Tension clips may be added to the center of selected springs to further increase firmness and allow for optimal lower back support.

FROLI Travel elements have an installed height of 1 3/8" (33mm) and offer maximum suspenion of 1" (25mm).
Note: This v-berth installation shows the "old" base elements. The new, rounder, ones offer improved installation
and adjustment features. The spring elements remain the same.

FROLI Travel
FROLI Travel elements offer all the advantages in comfort and air circulation of FROLI Star.
However, FROLI Travel is the system with the perfect fit for v-berths or any angled or curved bed shapes.
Combining regular (square) springs with smaller, rectangular ones allows for a perfect fit.
Froli Travel springs may also be secured on their bases in different turning positions to better
accomodate the bed shape.

FROLI bed systems have been developed in accordance with ecological principles.
The manufacturing process uses environmentally friendly techniques. All the elements are dyed and not painted. The assembly of the spring elements does not require the use of glues or adhesives.
FROLI has its bed systems tested at the LGA institute in Nuremberg, a recognized German testing laboratory. Here, the wear qualities and functioning of the materials and parts used
in the bed system have to meet stringent requirements.
The FROLI spring elements, for example, are subjected to alternating loads of up to 1300 Newtons involving 30,000 individual lift cycles.
After successful testing, the LGA issues appropriate test accreditations and certificates as evidence of the product's GS, or "safety tested" qualities.
